Miway the ******** P2
Thank you for your response however i just received a call from Leeans manager Marietjie who had just reiterate what Leeann has told me, not sure how this was supposed to have helped find a way forward?
To add further insult to injury i was being threatened with legal action for letting people know about my experience surely this is what platforms like hello peter are used for and consumers have a right to voice their experience so why am i being threatened if Miway has nothing to hide.
Furthermore having a disclaimer which was signed under duress, being thrown in my face is not acceptable as i was told if i do not sign this i will not be able to start the claim process .
My question is simple why does Miway clients pay for third party cover if the Third party will not be covered completely in an accident ? Miway believes only a portion will be paid out to the third party claim even if 100 percent a Miway client is at fault, Then shouldn't Miway clients only be paying a portion of their third-party premium?
I further advised Marietjie that i will have to go to the small claims court and claim from their client for the outstanding balance
Martije then advised that i can go ahead and claim and their client will go to court as well.
So my question is why pay for insurance yet you still have to go to court what type of service is Miway providing to their clients?
Why does Miway clients need to go through all this stress when you are paying for third-party cover?
Best regards,
