Miway the ********

I am absolutely disgusted with the pathetic excuses of Miway when it comes to 3rd party claims especially when their client is in the wrong and has admitted fault.

I had submitted a 3rd party claim on the 18th November and was assisted by Leeann Moodley who seemed to only care about the fact that their client was sorted and looked for any loophole not to pay for damages they requested 2 quotes from me which i paid for from my own pocket which amounted to a similar amount as their assessor their assessor has stated damages to be to the value of R13,107.00 since they cant find any loophole, Miway has stated that even though their driver is at fault they are only willing to pay me a certain portion of what their accessor has stated, saying my driver should have kept a propper look out, had my driver not app**** breaks and swerved out the way he would have been dead today (but thanks Miway for compassion or concern for human life).

SORRY MIWAY but what was your driver doing? When they had failed to observe a major rule of the road STOP at a stop sign? How is my driver at fault? My driver had done his part and app**** breaks hence the reason he is not dead today or seriously injured" so my driver had done his best to aviod your client even though your client failed to observe a major part of driving OBSERVATION?

My wife is currently insured with Miway and i most definitely be canceling her insurance and would never recommend Miway to anyone especially when taking 3rd party cover coz clearly its all a marketing strategy to get your business and once they do it doenst matter what happens to people afterwards when they do try and claim from a cover thats suppose to be there to protect them.

I have lost my income as well as my driver whom is the sole breadwinner all due to Miway's pathetic excuses and looking for any loophole not to pay what is rightful due and letting their clients do whatever they want on the road at the expense of others , it truly is heartsore that in this day age with so much going on in the world and people finding it so hard already all that Miway cares about is their own pockets and not the lively hood of others.

People need to know exactly what they are getting from Miway when they are taking third party cover you can expect it not to be settled in full and for people now hassling you to pay from your own pocket for what third party insurance should have covered. THANKS NO THANKS Miway your doing doing a great job with your image for corparate social responsibility.
