Miway the insurance that doesn’t care

Disgusting experience ever, had an accident on the 14 February 2025 car was taken to the repair shop Auto Repair Centre was in the process of being repaired then decided to be written off. I am still waiting to be paid out causing a huge in convenience and extra expenses due to delay between my insurance and the repair shop not wanting to release my car due to being refunded for parts ordered, how is that my problem.

Also being ignored by advisors Jerod Meiring and Katlego Sibanyoni from Miway Insurance. No understanding of what customer service should be, requesting a manager and no making an attempt to call me back.

I will not be taking out insurance with you guys again and warn everyone out there this is the way you are treated an a Miway customer
