MIWAY - the Devil itself

Miway have no heart. I got into an car accident, I drove into a poll. After got blinded by an oncoming car. No 3rd party involved. That was around 23:00, after coming from a teambuilding, from workplace. That current day around 13:00 I drank 2 castles lite with a friend, went 18:00 and drove to teambuilding, got there around pass 19:00,where I only drank 4glasses of Hooch ciders(containing4.5%). Did not want to drink because my friend, a priest also present, that attended the teambuilding. After eating we went home. Treambuilding was around 20km away. Got into accident by a oncoming car with bright lights, while turning right, car continued driving and I hit a poll. Within 5min a Towing truck was there(did not phone them, don’t know where they came from), usually they stand where it is dangerous at my place, since it is amongst the top list of highest ******* in and killings full of gangsters. I was in shocked when it happened, it was my first time. Those people helped me a bit and took photos, after they was done, I ask them, what was next, should I go to the police station. They said I can go the next morning since it was dangerous, as long in the next 24hours and they can only transport me home. The next morning I went to the police station. I told the officer what happened and I think I need a case number. Their response was, I do not need one, there was no 3rd party involved. I phoned Miway immediately and stated my concern. They said, no problem, they will proceed with my claim. Than a week after I received a call from them. They wanted to know what I ate,what I drank, my body weight. I ask them what for, their response was due to proceedings. So I told them about 13:00, drove at 18:00 , ate this and that with Pastor and friends, got in incident at 23:00. It went downhill from there, that operator turned into a devil. He was so cruel, made everything my fault. *only guilty people drove that time of night,* you are guilty, you should have gone to the police station same night. (I ask him how? With what, I live in a dangerous place, I cant walk at night on the streets). He said I was talking slow and slur, my pronunciation was off(I told him that I was not English speaking, that I was traumatised,that was my first accident in my life, how must I reacted, I was shocked. I ask him, why do he judge me, if he have the authority to state how to behave in a traumatized situation. Miway said they can establish through phone calls whether a person is dunk or not, they do not need bloodwork. He did not listens. Suddenly, they found a beer bottle in my car that they took photos off. I told them I can be many things or what people think of me, but I never drink and drive with my car. There will never be empty beer bottles in my car. After that I was so intimidated, hurt and disappointing, I send them an email which read. "Good day Just receive an sms from your agent or Superior. As in the statement your company are going to give feedback on Friday. Where i am currently at, there is no signal. I am with my parents, and are here until the week. Its only when i move to a certain location i can have signal. After spoken with your representative, i was not taking it well. I am still traumatized what happened that day and still you want me to relive that day. You interrogated me, made me feel that i was wrong with no compassion. Later on you you made me fear that i could not think straight, after realising that i was nothing. Please dont traumatize me any further, i already have difficult in coping what happend. The way you operate and treat your customers is very cruel and disappointing. This is the reason i did not send the the certification of ownerahip of my vehicle as your company has no heart, you are deceiving, you are only happy to receive my installments. You colleague made me feel worthless. I just want to get this over with, even if it means i must loose my claim. Your sudden client "

MIWAY HAD NO REPLY! I send this later, “Good day I would like to retrieve the recording of the conversations if you do not mind. I think i am entitled to that since you made claims on your conclusion on base of the recordings. After no respond I send again “Good day Please be at advice since you made claims on the assumptions through recording that i was drunk, i hope you have the appropriate documents that you have the authenticity for claiming a person was drunk through voice recognition. Thus means you have authority by the means of obtaining a Degree in Psychology and specialized in human behaviour to made such claim whether what was deemed as appropriate behaviour when conforting with trauma. That further claims that was made by you be present with evidence and also rightfully must be presented towards me as a client. Therefore, i request any recordings that was made and evidence that you stated that was found to be forwarded to me for a fair deliberation in future proceedings. “

They never responded. I am still waiting for the evidence! My claim was denied due to drunk driving. I have no car. Miway said if my claim is denied, my policy will stop and I must find my own way. On that day I got notified that my claim was denied, I received also same day that must pay storage fee, truck fees( after all, never claimed, all these instalments, I still need to pay money.) Today, is the 15August 2023. Can you believe this, it is the 3rd month Miway deducted their instalment of R600 after my car insurance failure. They was quick to show no mercy. After all they made me go through, they have no shame in still taking money from me, after they know I do not have a car anymore. Going to put I stop order tomorrow. Miway, only caters for themselves, only wants money. It is *********, It feeds on your weakest moment,it lurks you into a trap. Miway(so believed its caters for their customers way). MIWAY- My(I) Way for the customers benefit. MIWAY i them only, MIWAY is the Devil itself!
