Miway - Terrible service and unfair treatment

I heard an advert on the radio where Miway claimed to be the best insurer as per HelloPeter, I do not believe this to be the case especially not in my situation.

On the 7 of January 2019 I was stationary at a red robot where I was rear ended by a driver from Suadela Logistics. The owner of the company assured me the damage would be repaired to my vehicle as he had insurance for this type of thing.

It is now more than 6 months later and I find myself in sitting in the same position as the day of the accident; with damage to my vehicle, a shrewd and sly owner of Suadela Logistics and his a less than help insurance company Miway.

I was not at fault and followed the correct procedure by reporting the accident to the relevant authorities, yet it seem I have drawn the short straw. The owner of Suadela Logistics keeps ducking and diving and Miway are dragging their feet not interested in helping me.

I am left with no option but to pursue this matter legally, and hold the relevant parties accountable. It seems Miway is not true to their word and have no intention of honouring their commitment. I have not received "excellent service" nor have I been treated fairly.
