MiWay terrible claim department_they only nice when you enter

I have submitted a claim to Miway following an unfortunate accident last month, to this day, I have no response. After submitting required documents - there was no response. It is said that an individual suffering from accident-related stress would then experience more stress from the bank. Their servise is deplorable.
