After i spoke to the manager the told me they going to go listen to the recording. 5 pm i call them and ask to know whats going on and they said its paid. I ask can i please cancel claim because they want to write my car off. So two weeks later im still wait to get my car. They say they cant gove it to me because they still waiting to hear story.
