Miway takes the Hi way

Absolutely disgusting service delivery from a so called leading insurance company. Had a claim regarding my television and amplifier, after agreeing at first to settle my claim they made a u turn on the amplifier. After asking for the recordings of my conversations with the agent, they take weeks to retrieve it then only send me selected ones, obviously not the one where they agree to cover both. Almost 2 months and still no reply to my mail.

Disgusted but quick to debit my account.
