Miway takes money and refuse to refund

I am making contact with the Ombudsman now, Miway has made no effort to even explain why the stole my money. I canceled my insurance effective 1 May and you still took a full payment for cover in May. Pathetic and when I requested a refund they just dissapeared. I am so fed up with **** service and people *****ing from me The last contact was Siziwe September asking for my policy number and then dissapeared. Another reason why I cancelled, perhaps the Ombudsman is more sufficient than the *****s at Miway.
