Miway takes 2 months to repair my car. They dissappionts big-time. Unacceptable.

On the 10th of July I had an accident with my car. Miway towed my car to a pane beater shop for repair. On 20 Aug I found out with shock that the panel beater has not stated working on my car yet , because miway sent the authorization to a wrong panel beater shop. I only have car hire for 10 days. I would never have thought Miway will take 2 months to repair my car and now I can't get the Team leader to call me regarding this urgent issue. I am very dissappionted in there service and how they are treating their customers.
