MiWay Support Staff Communication

Only commenting on support staff communication so far: IMO better than many of the other companies providing funeral/life/property insurance when it comes to email & phone communication turnaround time - some of the others are terrible when it comes to responding via/to email. Please take note, not reviewing based on claims etc. but just support team communication.
