MiWay sudden high cost

Insurance cost is excessive when adding a new vehicle. I added a brand new Toyota Rush. After discount the installment is almost R1000 per month. I got comparative quotes and the cheapest option with equivalent cover and excess is well under R600 per month. Is MiWay considering me as "captured"?
