Miway Sucks. They do not value their Loyal Clients

I took out the Miway car insurance policy 7 years ago when buying my new car at the time. I have never claimed before until this year. An assessor saw the car and quoted R32k. The value of my car is R78k they say, Now they do not want to pay a mere R32k for my first real claim. They want to write off my car.

They are offering me R23K which includes the 2 Access Amounts which I'm disputing as well.

All in all they want to pay R16K for my claim.

1. A first time claim ever since taking policy in 2012 2. My car is in a movable condition it drives just fine

I honestly didn't see this coming. I would never have given Miway business to begin with.

I would recommend no one to take up Miway insurances. I also heard that we are being profiled according to race as well.
