Miway Sucks

A claim with Miway was lodged on the 19th of May 2021 and til today nothing has been done, not even an assessor has been sent to assess the damages on the vehicle or review the panel beater’s quote. You must run after them and not them informing you how far they are with your claim. All they want is money coming to them but when you claim they run for cover. When I say I want courtesy car they say I must get a fair and reasonable one, what the hell is that? I must get the category that is similar to what I am driving. This is the worst insurance company.
