Miway sucks

R1 985.59. That's the amount that miway deducted from my bank account end of the month. I have no words to express my disappointment with them. My normal premium is R1 041. More than R924 was deducted. That is money that was supposed to go elsewhere within my budget. I phoned immediately after noticing the error on 02 Sept. The person that assisted me, informed me thatvot would take about seven days for the refund and she could see that I was over-charged, but did not give a reason why the over-charged happened in the first place. I told her that I needed my money as soon as possible. She then told me she would escalate the maater and would try for me to get my money within 3 days. Today is 8 days later and no money yet. I phoned again and was told that the lady who assisted me is on leave and that the bank statement could not be requested from her. The gentleman that helped me today said it would take about seven days to get my money back, but he would escalate the matter so I could get my money within three days. This is so ridiculous. What if I had to go borrow money from people to cover my needs ? How much was that gonna cost me and Miway would not even consider paying a cent more than what they took from me. I consider canceling my insurance with them. My worst concern is what happens when this same gets to me again in future and I desperately need that money.
