Miway sucks

I have done all the paperwork asked of me via the miway app and representative. It is been a week later and not even a phone call. Received a email and that's that. I'm with out a fridge for a week,even after I told the guy the doesn't work anymore. I've claimed with only a few places in my life,but this is the worst service I've ever received. No communication nothing. Your app is worthless. I will be moving after this is done. Please for the love of God do not go for the cheaper option. It's not worth it.
