Miway subcontractors breaks your place

So I logged a calling for a plumber due to a blocked drain, all good and well, guy comes out, unblocks the drain and leaves. I can't inspect the area because everything was still wet from the unblocking and as epr his words, the drain was unblocked. The pipe which he pushed the machine down was pulled out of the wall which is connected to the a toilet that is now leaking down my wall, my drain is even worse than it started because now there is constant bubbling outside when using any taps and weird smells since he's been here. The provider came out on Saturday, after speaking on whatsapp to Bheki Sebegoe who doesn't even respond timeously, he states that we must call claims on Monday, the whole day has now gone even with requesting a call back from both claims and complaints, nothing. Also if this is now a claim which is shouldn't have been if Miway contracts sub standard contractors. Who exactly is supposed to pay for this, it was working seemingly fine before Miway sent out their service provider, I want a call and I want this resolved.
