MiWay stole my personal belongings from my car now they are not bringing back my things

If there was an option of a zero star( rating) I was gonna give miway that one because miway deserve it. I was in a car accident February miway happen to take my car where I left it for assessment without my permission. In the process of doing that they stole my personal belongings that were inside my car. When I went to fetch my car from SMD I realized my personal belongings were ******, I told them. Since February they have been investing till this week. They admit that my things were ****** by them. Now this Carline Fell from miway told me to send quotation I gave her the cost prices of all the things that miway stole from my car she is telling me they can't accept that I must go to the shops and get quotes. Did I ask miway to ***** from me? Miway want proof of ownership of which I no longer have. Did I know that miway was gonna ***** from me so I can proof to them? I don't have a car now how do they expect me to go to the shops? Miway is a **** that employs *****s. People must choose wisely when choosing an insurance and never make the mistake of choosing miway.
