MiWay? Still No Way!

So, after a very quick response on this platform, a representative from MiWay contacted us on Friday, explaining their policy. So apparently MiWay's policy is to write off a vehicle that they under insured, and when you complain, offer to give you R2700 if you decide to keep your vehicle, rather than just honor the quotes that you have to fix the car that is way less than the written off value. We were also promised repeatedly that the vehicle will be delivered back to our home today before 10:00. Nothing has happened. The vehicle is still at the panelbeaters that refuse to show us how they get their R29 000 quote to fix our R8 000 problem. MiWay is quick to reply to a public post, but delivers nothing that they promise.
