Miway still debits you after cancelling a policy

I used to insure my previous vehicle through MiWay. I cancelled the policy over the telephone a month ago in preparation for my new vehicle. Therefore I should not have been debited and my policy should not have renewed 2 days ago.

I left myself active on the system (R50 a month) with the intention of coming back and insuring my new car. I noticed this morning I received a mail two days ago stating my policy for my old vehicle has been renewed and I got charged this morning.

This still happened after I told you a month prior that I am cancelling. I am collecting my new car this week.

I no longer want to be part of Miway anymore as they cannot follow a simple cancellation instruction. May sure if you cancel with my way call 3 times to ensure your policy is cancelled cause they clearly can't do it.

I don't think I will be insuring my new vehicle with them after this.
