MiWay *****ing my money with ******* practices
I recently bought a new car & was contacted by Thokozane Zimu from MiWay to get a quote. She kept me on the phone for half an hour & rambled through everything so fast that I didn't even understand what was going on.

I received the quote which said it is obligation free. Later the same day she called me AGAIN & wanted to explain something but I told her not to & that I'm rather going to get quotes from other insurance companies.
After this call a person named Wayne Khumalo sent me an email with a policy schedule attached. The email did not explain why I am receiving this. I rep**** to this email saying that I have not agreed to be covered by MiWay &that they should DISREGARD ALL CONTACT MADE.

Then I received an sms from my bank informing me of a MiWay debit order that went through. I did not expect this nor was I aware of this & consequently my bank account went into arrears.

I have not once agreed to be covered by MiWay &I have NOT given my permission for them to activate the insurance - their recorded phone calls will prove this. They are operating *******ly and *****ing my money against my consent. I will be laying charges of theft and ******* practices.
