I called to air my frustration on a delayed/lack of response on a pending claim with Miway. (Two weeks passed) Kateho Leokaoke answered & listened to my side of the challenge. He expressed his disappointment and promised to resolve while on the call. He immediately escalated this to a senior manager and promised to resolve my concern soonest. He also called the service provider. As promised and within 10 minutes I was given all the feedback needed and later in the day had two further calls from Miway agents/consultants that provided clarification and assurance on follow actions with timelines.
