MiWay stalking me

I cannot understand the marketing strategy of MiWay. They think that they can pester you into submission. Sometimes they leave you alone for months and then start their continuous, what I can only call, stalking. If you decline politely they will keep on and on and on. I have gone so far as to remove myself from the national consumer database, but then they come with the guise that you completed a survey. IDIOTS! I even have a foolproof way of not falling into that trap of yours. STOP calling me, if I want to change my insurer, I will do so on my own. No amount of pestering and stalking will make me change my mind. As a matter of fact, this will enhance my resolve to stick to what I have got.
