MiWay Staff - Uncaring and ***********

On Tues 10 March, I contacted MiWay at 8pm to request roadside assistance because I was stuck on Republic Road in Randburg. At 9m I called again to find out where the truck was, and was told a towing company was on the way. At 9.15 somebody from MiWay called and told me that a truck was on the way, byt the company he mentioned was different from the one I had been informed was on the way.When I informed him about this he would investigate and call me back. He called back to say that there had been \miscommunication"and that he had to find a towing company. After much back and forth"
