MiWay Spam Calls

I got a call from *** on behalf MiWay to sell me insurance. After telling the caller (pity I didn’t write down his name) that I was not interested and have been added to DMSA’s DO NOT CONTACT registry he questions me further and says that I think that I’m better than other people (He says this in isiZulu). Kante do companies that you guys contract to do your telemarketing not comply with telemarking rules and regulations of South Africa? On top of that to have your agents calls us to insult us when we’re not interested in the products sold, where’s this level of entitlement and rudeness coming from as this is not the first time it’s happened. I will be lodging a complaint with the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa against MiWay. Remove me from your contact list and comply with the set regulations! If I had the time, I would start compiling a list of all these unsolicited calls from these companies and file a lawsuit. We are tired of being harassed!
