MiWay Spam calls

I have been getting frequent spam call for a few months now, the standard ones where you get a call answer and they hang up, after finally having enough I installed Truecaller, and bam! the spam calls were from MiWay. I am not client of theirs, have never been, and wouldn't recommended them to my worst enemy.

I set Truecaller to block them, but after 6 notifications in two days that they had spammed me i finally sat down and wrote a seething email to their complaints division asking them to remove my details from their system. Two hours later a different Miway number calls me, I'm expecting someone to confirm that i have been removed and apologize, instead i got, "hello sir, i am from MiWay we are responding to your request for an insurance quote"

What kind of disgraceful, ces****l of a company uses a complaint about spam calls as an invitation for a telemarketing spam call?!

To my credit i managed to stay calm with the lady on the phone and calmly explain the situation then tell her to contact her manager ASAP and resign as soon as possible so that she does have to tell anyone that she works at this shameful organisation.
