Miway soled ****** car using auction

I bought a car from someone who bought the car from miway insurance the car was on auction when she bought it from miway auction and it was a ****** car miway sold the car without clearing the car as it was reported ****** so now, i tried to contact miway since they say they will come back to me i sent them all documents relevant documents, even the Natis document that indicate that the car belongs to miway and it indicates that it need police clearance.. So now i cant do any change of ownership because the car still showing ****** and i cant get RPC i sent them email the was guy called a Sello since he say he sent documents to relevant department he never came back to me till today.. So i am stucked with miway ****** car in my position
