Miway Sold Our Car

In August 2016, our car was involved in an accident, the car was a write off according to Miway, as they claimed the car would cost R75k + to repair. We then discovered that it would actually cost R15k to repair, we contacted Miway and requested to cancel the claim and we would rather have damaged car as it is and we would repair it ourselves, not surprisingly they rejected this option and said we can't cancel a claim , we then requested that we have an option to buy back the car, as we still wanted the car and they declined this offer too, only to discover in October 2017 that the car is actually driven by someone else in Pretoria. The circumstances surrounding the whole issue is somewhat suspicious. After the accident, the car was towed to a panel beater for storage, Miway, NEVER sent an accessor to access the damage , yet we were the damage is over R75k, the damage of the report, indicates , the whole front end of the car was damaged when in reality only the right front of the car was damaged which only needed , R15k to fix.

Question is , why was our request to cancel the claim denied and why was our option to buy back the car also denied!!!
