Miway so gatvol

I have been with Miway since 2012 and the kind of service I have received recently I do not tolerate no accept it. Hubby, myself and my son has policies with and all we wanted to do was to put all policies under 1 basket so we can qualify for a discount. since last we have been trying to contacted them and since well they working from home they are unable to return calls, every single day I have made my duty to call them but you can only to a bot and if you do get to chat to a consultant, whilst you typing they end up your call. so sick of my miway, if there's anyone from another insurance company here is the new client?
