MiWay shows their true colours when it’s time to claim

I was involved in a car accident in March, covered for full cover and short fall. MiWay is refusing to pay the shortfall or contribute anything towards the claim. I have a short fall with Absa bank that has not been paid for over 2 months .I have been paying monthly premiums to MiWay in full, never missed any month but MiWay is not giving me clarity as to why they are not paying Absa even though the claim is valid.
