MIWAY shouldn't be trusted.

I am livid with Mi Way. I took out a policy on my car last week since they gave me a special. On the phone call that was recorded I SPECIFICALLY TOLD the lady to take the debit order on the 6TH OF FEBRUARY. And they took it today which is 8 days early. After almost an hour on the phone. They also haven't cancelled my current Insurance which they said they would do so what does this show me? You're terrible at business ethics and conduct because this behaviour is unacceotable. My bank charges me over R300 interest because this debit order put me in the negative before I got my salary. I wouldn't recommend MIWAY.
