Miway should put more effort in vetting their service providers

So this is not really a review about Miway but the providers that Miway contracts with to provide their services. Which in my opinion should reliable providers.

I had an emergency with the Geyser and I called in for home assist. Miway called in one of their providers who confirmed they were on their way. We waited all afternoon and only in the evening Miway got an update that the contractor was actually not coming to my house and that they'll have to find another provider. It was too late already and I asked them ask the other provider to come in the morning instead. The other provider PW Plumbing CC, did come in the morning and found out the element & other items were fused which meant I had to put it through claim but the cost was more than my excess and I then opted for the provider to do the work and pay directly. These guys never sent through the invoice (proof of guarantee on work done) even after numerous follow ups. At first I thought it was the specific technician that came to my house who is being ***** but I called the company directly and they just promise to email and never do.

From the experience I had it doesn't look like Miway does proper vetting of the providers they contract with. And it is bad because these are the people who we actually trust into houses and trust that they'll do honest job.
