MIWAY SHODDY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

I am very disappointed in Miways roadside assistance. Last year my car broke down and I phoned them at 330pm in the afternoon. They did ask if I was in a safe location and I said yes. I also phoned the AA because I was worried. The AA came at 4.15pm and towed my car to garage. At 6.30pm I received an sms from Miway that tow truck would be there in 15 minutes. 3 hours LATER!! As a female pensioner it would have been a disaster for me. That is unacceptable! You only get 3 call outs and they told me that it would be logged as a call out and I only had 2 call outs left. They eventually apologised but didn't do anything to remedy the situation. I have cancelled my car insurance and got a much better deal with King Price. I have to say that I have still got my home and contents with Miway as they have been excellent in that area.
