MiWay Settlement ****

On the 6th of February i was involved in an accident with a MiWay client. The client herself gave a statement for the accident report admitting what had happened. The total damages to my car amounted to R28 000. MiWay then found me responsible for 30% of the accident according to them.

How they came to that conclusion is beyond me when the accident report clearly states the events that occired. From the R28 000 MiWay settlement offer was R16 000 which i intend to take to court. All this just reminded me why i left MiWay all those years ago as a client.
