MiWay service suck! You treat your customers like ****!

I’ve submitted a vehicle accident claim on the 31st of March 2017.

MiWay authorised the claim on the 6th of April 2017. Today is the 9th of May 2017 and I have still not heard from the panel beaters? Every time I’ve spoken to anyone at MiWay, was when I had to make a call to follow up and find out what was the reason for the delay…

I received a call from the panel beaters last week after I’ve spoken to a miway consultant and only then found out that I was supposed to pay the excess amount via EFT, because nowhere on the below claims authorisation email does it make mention of the amount to be paid in the account of the panel beaters or their banking details. Therefor the reason I waited to be contacted by the panel beaters, ready to pay the access when I deliver my vehicle which never happened. I am still waiting!!!! This is pathetic for a company of your size...

Dear Sheldon

Claim number: C836890

We have the pleasure to inform you that your claim has been approved and the suppliers noted below have been appointed and authorised to proceed with the repairs to your vehicle, JEEP-PATRIOT 2.4 LIMITED.
