MiWay service provider herrismith panelbeaters

I am not happy about MiWay service provider Herrismith panelbeaters, that MiWay sellected to fix my car after an accident. I found my car Mets dirty and wet. The car was also dirty. I also found water inside the boot and my sparewheel in a very bad condition. I could not even change my gear properly as they were hard and an ABS sign appearing, something that was not there before my car had an accident .I tried raising this with miway via their sms responding to the service I received and I have stated my concerns but no call or follow up from my way. I am so dissatisfied and in the process of canceling my insurance with my way.
