Miway service Just gets from BAD to WORSE

Had my vehicle accessories insured for R13000 for just over a year. Now I'm told my vehicle accessories has depreciated in value by 79% and you guys want to pay me R2000 for my accessories. I am beyond Shocked. I am fully aware that vehicle accessories due depreciate in value annually by 15% and not by 79%

So in year 2,my accessories would have been worth ZERO?

What a joke of a company😡
