Miway Service is Lacking!!!!!

My experience with Miway has always been good in the past but this time it is terrible! Seriously upset with the lack of communication on their side. my car has been with them to get repaired for almost a month now and I keep getting the run around.

My car was broken into on the night of 27 April 2023 and I noticed and called the police on the morning of the 28th. I then logged a claim and asked Miway to tow it away as I was scared of it being ****** (the damages were so great it was not safe). The towed it away and since then it has been like pulling teeth to get them to tell me anything!!

*I queried about the claim the first time on 2 May via Whatsapp to ask what is happening and get the response that they are still processing the damages.

*I query again on 9 May via Whatsapp to ask what is happening and they respond that it seems to be approved and they will find a suitable place to fix the damages.

*On 11 May I receive an email officially stating that the claim has been approved and then receive a message from the the company who is going to fix the car.

*On 12 May the company fixing the car messages me that the car has been towed there and send me the report of what is being fixed. I read the report and there are damages not on the list! *So I sent an email on 12 May to the person at Miway who sent me the email of approval but get no response.

*I send an email to info@miway on 13 May with the same concerns I sent the previous day but get no response.

* I get an update from the company fixing my car on 16 May but they are still not aware of the damages list being updated. *I ask on the Whatsapp on 16 May why no one is bothering to respond to me and I get told that they will forward my emails to the assessor.

* I email the assessor directly on 18 May regarding all of my concerns and queries and get no response.

*I whatsapp Miway today, 23 May, and ask for an update cause I am really fed up now and get told that someone will contact me?

THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS NOW. I simply need an update on my car, are all the damages being fixed? When can I expect my car back? Why is everyone ignoring me?
