MiWay Service Home Insurance Claim

Is December and is the worst time for things to go wrong, This is what happened; My 4 year old son was playing and also holding his cup of Juice, the juice fell and splashed on the floor just in front of the smart TV. My wife rushed to fetch a Mop to clean the floor. As she comes back she slipped cause of the Juice on the floor and the TV some how was hit and it fell and broke on the process. Likely no one was hurt. I even forgot due to being worried that i am covered by MiWay, my Brother reminded me on a call when i explained what has happened. I logged the incident via the App and in no time Tumi (Tumelo Khubane) gave me a call and help me process my claim. He also shopped for a New Smart TV and arranged delivery. what a great service...
