My experience with Andrew which was to guide me to type to the correct way to create an account to register with helloPeter and he was so very patient even when I was confused and took long to actually find a correct link to it so is he brilliant and very very patient with me and ask me to take my time with everything. His helpful and kind voice was also very reassuring. Lehlohonolo who I spoke to first also while i was angry that Miway wanted to increase my premium even though my car has depreciated in value - she was helpful and wasn't rude to me and I also said sorry to her that I wasn't angry with HER but MiWay and she gave me a reduction in premium and lower than my current one so she was very kind and didn't want to lose me as a customer and for that I appreciate her assistance very much.
