MiWay Service excellence

My vehicle ignition switch failed on Saturday afternoon whilst I was in Magaliesburg. Phoned the MiWay Contact Centre and was assisted by Agent Nobantlwa, she was friendly and very professional, made me feel relaxed that MiWay Insurance was going to assist me in the difficult situation. She indicated that due to the location I was in that there would be an additional charge and that I would be send a quotation for approval. Being an impatient person I phoned approx. 30 minutes later to be told that they were waiting for a response from the closest towing company. 10 minutes later I received a message staring that Leon from the towing company would be contacting me for collection. Shortly thereafter Leon arrived and my vehicle was recovered and I arrived home safely. My phone had died by the time I got home and only saw the missed call from MiWay the following morning. at approx. 09h00 I received another call from Nobantlwa concerned that I has arrived safely and everything was in order, brilliant telephone manner! Well done. Awesome Service!
