MIWAY SERVICE CAN KILL AND DESTROY YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!! TRUE WITH PROOF.........

Miway ( another excuse for pathetic) I cannot believe that I trusted this Insurer to be there for me when I need them. Taking funds out of your account is easy but when they need to give you service?? Now that is a completely new ball game. This is where you see their true colors. Why do I say this????

Well on 11/05/2022 @ 6H30 I left home with my two children to drop them off at their respective schools. On my way back home, Mr. Remember Silima skipped a stop street and drove in front of me. Mr. Silima acknowledged his mistake, and we even went to our local Police station to compile an Affidavit on this matter. Mr. Silima is insured with Budget and UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME I AM INSURED BY MIWAY. Unfortunately, yes UNFORTUNATELY. Being insured with Budget helped Mr. Silima as this incident is a matter of the past for him now and Me yes still struggling to put this matter where it belongs due to MIWAY. Since 11/05/2022 my vehicle (BMW) went to LMG BMW Zambezi ( Under new management who destroyed the once serviced orientated BMW Zambezi who was renowned for excellent service in the past to only but a shell of it`s former self. To such a level that you will get much better service from the secondhand dealers on the other side of the street)

On the 15th day of July 2022, we received an e- mail from Miway stating that our BMW is ready for collection, and this is since the 11th of May 2022. Excited I went to pick- up our vehicle only to find that this was not accurate information BMW advised that we should come back on the 21st of July 2022. On this date I went to pick up our vehicle they still had to polish the vehicle, after a full 3 hours of waiting, I was told to pay the access of R7`300- 00 and so I did.

On my way home, the vehicle made extremely funny noises and I contacted MIWAY, they arranged that I met with their assessor Bossie van Wyk at BMW. Bossie got into the car and took it for a test drive. Not even driving 100 meters he said “STOP, let me out”. “Drive around to the workshop, so we can place it on a lift”. As we placed the vehicle on the lift both me and Bossie van Wyk ( MIWAY assessor) literally loosened bolts with our hand from the vehicle ( no wrench or tools needed). Since that day until today, I am still waiting for MIWAY to repair my vehicle.

Bossie van Wyk ( Miway assessor) disappeared into thin air, Claims Manager, Sashentha Kuni is not responding to my calls, nor does she respond to my e- mails, Ayanda Mukwevho ( Team Leader / Manager) took my call once before and after a while pretended not to hear me. She went into a meeting when I called back and has been in that meeting ever since ( it has been 48 hours ever since and she is still stuck in that meeting, someone please go to MIWAY BAORDROOM and help this poor lady it has been days).

It has been 105 days since the accident happed and still, I am not able to transport my children or my family and MIWAY just do not care. They only want the premium to be paid and that is it!!!!! And me? Yes, my vehicle is still not road worthy, we are still stranded. I need to pay an UBER Daily to commute my children to school and back daily at a cost of R180 per day ever since. Yet I’m still calling MIWAY daily trying to find answers and MANAGEMENT ONLY DUCK AND DIVE….>>> What do I do? Who do I turn to? I have been faithful to MYWAY for such a long time and if I cancel my policy now no other Insurer will clean up MIWAY`S nonsense. MIWAY, you are victimizing me and my family in this strenuous economic environment.
