Miway service beyond 5 stars

Mi way has been the best insurance company (and I have been with many). I had a car accident (not my fault) last August and the assistance I got from the support staff on the day as well as after was absolutely beyond 5 stars (from uber vouchers to even my courtesy car being delivered thereafter). The kept me up to date weekly while my car was being repaired and even helped me with the paper work with making a claim against the insurance company and the person responsible for the accident. To be honest I never thought anything would come from it. But Thuso Mudua was persistent and professional and 6 months later I got a call and to say that the claim had been "won" and my excess would be paid back to me. Something totally unheard of from any insurance company. So well done Miway, Thuso, and the overall Miway team.
