Miway service

Really great service from Teboho Moloi which saves this from being a 1 star. Called in spoke to a female agent who I tell I am stuck on an unsafe road with my baby please get a tow truck asap. She also offers security which I accept. I ask her to call back as I am trying to confirm where to take the vehicle. She agrees but does not call back. I then call in only to be told she has logged off for the day and the services I require have not been mobilised. She just left for the day not following up, no worries about our safety or needs. I am so disappointed. I then had to call back and go through the process again.

When they did get therw after the delay of not bing called aecurity was a great added service, tow truck driver was great, super helpful, kind and calm although no seat belts in the truck.
