MIWAY SERVICE AFTER MY FIRST CLAIM

I have been utilizing MIWAY since 2017 up to the present day; however, I only managed to file a claim in April of last year. I was quite anxious as it was my first experience with a claim, but within 72 hours, my claim was approved. My car was towed by Miway to their assessment location, and after three days, it was transferred to Sandton Penalbeater, known as RENEWIT. Everything proceeded smoothly without any complications, and within a month, my car was delivered to my residence. There were a few aspects of my car that I was dissatisfied with, but it was returned in a repaired condition, and the entire process was hassle-free. A week after I was involved in an accident, I received a call from Kgomotso from their Legal department. She informed me that since someone had rear-ended me, they would advocate for my claim to be covered by the other party's insurance. This means that Miway would pay for my claim, and they would subsequently recover the amount from the third-party insurance. Ultimately, they fought diligently on my behalf and successfully recovered everything, including my excess amount.

Without a doubt, I am MOVING my household insurance to Miway, and I will certainly utilize their services for my second vehicle.
