Miway says it's not the couse of the accident impact

The truck was sent to UD Tongaat for the service and after the Service the Mechanics had to check for the radiator as per the qoutation same time the Trailers were sent to Hendred Pinetown for repairs.

After the service and the fixing of the radiator the Truck was then released and the following day got a load and had to go and load.

On its way back the truck complicated and the Machenic was called and pointed the problem in the diff and they advice to have the truck towed back to the dealer and it was discovered that the diff was complicating, the Mechanics attended to it and released it and left Durban.

On its way towards Volksrust, there was another complication of which the road side assistance was called and attended to the problem and pointed diff as the cause and was asked to fix there because it was at night.

The truck traveled as far as Middleburgh and there was another complication which was the same as the previous, the dealer was called and sent the Machenic who suggested the truck to be driven to the nearest dealership where the problem was resolved and only the valve that was not in stock qouted +- R800 (eight hundred rands) abd still needs to be fitted. It's qoute was not taken from the dealer.

That is all I wanted to state.

I would like to further state that all these mechanically faults pop up one by one after the accident and that the truck was taken for service with only one complication which was radiator, having noticed about the radiator and after it the diff and fully suspect that all these complications are from the impact that resulted from the accident that was already reported to Miway.

I'm kindly submitting much dissatisfaction of your assessment results.

It is clearly stated on my statement that the vehicle was taken to the Service Bay for the service that was due to it. I made a request to the Machenic servicing the truck to inspect the radiator since after the accident it showed some signs of releasing water slowly.

The Mechanic who checked the radiator did notice that the radiator is faulty and I requested it to be done. The claim was submitted to your Office and by the meantime when the truck was on its way to Mpumalanga just after Tongaat where the truck was serviced the diff started to complicate, now my question to you can something like this happen without an accident being involved. The truck had no complication before the accident. This truck is new and was bought as brand new fron UD on 2022.

As we are talking problems are continuing and yet we are busy arguing. We are taking the truck back to UD again because something like the gasket is reporting. Can the truck report all this whilst traveling other than the accident. What evidence do you need now, the impact was too much from behind, you can even check the vehicles involved at the police station than you will understand.

UD Tongaat it was there for service and radiator, I paid and claimed your Office.

UD Middleberg it was diff, I paid and claimed your Office.

Now again I'm towing it to Tzaneen for something like gasket or cylinder head yet you still say it's not the course of an accident.

Please and kindly reimburse me the amount that is due by you.
