MIWAY s service providers not reliable at all

My car locked the keys inside and i had to call miway for rescue they called kk towing to help but during the process the key was scrahed i did look knew anymore and Vw logo came off,i reported it to miway they sent me to Their dealership to repair the car and get the new key of which it was tested ok, and it tested as i drove home using now my challenge is that i misplaced the old key when i found the new key it started the car once and it switched off from there the new key doesn't mobilise the car not to start again it just put on so i need my new key how can a key just start the car once while it was programmed to start the car everytime,Miway i need answers here
