Miway roadside assistance very helpful. Unfortunately Miway’s service provider, in this case the tow truck service, failed to arrive at scheduled time and refused payment via EFT for additional mileage, they insisted on cash only. Unfortunately this is the only tow service in this area so they can ****** Miway’s customers like this. However, my miway rep Trinisha after hearing about this issue arranged to cover the full additional costs and confirm the pick-up and delivery on the same day. While Miway’s customer is great their service providers are the ones giving miway a bad name due to their poor / lack of customer service. A big thx to Trinisha for sorting me out.
