MiWay: Roadside Assistance

I realized that my car did not want to start just as I was about to leave, then the first people I thought of was MiWay. When I called, my call was answered within the first few rings and I was met by an extremely helpful and calming voice that made me feel that everything was going to be ok. And that was true, Ntokozo Sibeko asked me a few questions in order to assess what kind of assistance I needed. Once he understood, he made sure he arranged Roadside assistance for me and he kept checking in with me to make sure that everything was fine on my side.

My policy is still relatively new with MiWay and quiet frankly, I did not anticipate such great service.
