MiWay Roadside Assistance

<p>I apparently left my car lights on over night and my car wouldn't start in the morning. Among all the panic and dread, I remembered I can call my car insurance for assistance. </p> <p>I call MiWay and the phone didn't ring long before Zandile Mfuphi answered with the friendliest and calming voice ever. She listened to my problem and was patient while I tried to find the address where I was. She called me back immediately when my airtime ran out and made sure I was ok before logging the call with promises to check up on me later.. which she did. She has this happy calming and friendly voice that was just comforting in an upsetting situation. She made me smile every time she called. The guy that was sent to help me went above and beyond and he was also my hero today . Thank you MiWay
